Cats Poop

Today I managed to visit quite a few rooms. Enjoyed observing purposeful teaching and learning, content standards driven of course. I was reading the wall in one of the first grade classrooms, when I came across a story about a cat..."I have a cat. My cat poops. I love my cat." How can you not love first graders? A fifth grader gave me a "super star" sticker. That made my day. During lunch, one of the kids said to me, "Hey, I know you. You were talking to that puppet on tv." What can I say, I'm famous. Looks like we had a good turnout for Back to School night. Awesome. One of the playground bathrooms got tagged during BTSN. Not awesome.
